Refused Packages

 

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday. 

 

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

 

Orders shipped to the U.S. can be expected within 5-7 business days. Please note standard shipping does not include weekends and holidays. 

 

We do not ship packages internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Rescue Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

 

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
